Could Not Login

Solution

Possible reasons why you can not log in:

1. Your Username and Password are incorrect.

Please make sure you use the exact same username and password you have set up when you have joined.  Also, take note on capitals and lowercase as these fields are case sensitive. If you still believe your account exists but you can not log in, submit a Support Ticket at this Help Desk and we will try our best to assist you.


2. Your Account May Have Been Deleted Due To Bounced Emails Or An Unverified Account.

Bounced Emails: Make sure that your emails will not be bounced.  If we get reports back that your inbox is full or we received an auto-reply email, your account is immediately due for deletion. To ensure this does not happen, log into your account, go to your Profile Settings and click on the "Vacation Mode" to stop your account from receiving our and our member's emails for a period of 30 days.

Unverified Accounts: After you have signup, you will get an verification email in your Gmail Account from admin@textads-za.com (please allow a few minutes for it to arrive).  Open this email as soon as you get it and click the link in this email to verify your account.  If you do not find this email, you may need to check your Spam folder - Read here on what to do next if this happens.  Unverified Accounts will get deleted after 24 hours (2 days).  



3. Your Account was Inactive for a period of 30 days

Inactive Free Accounts will be deleted after 30 days of being inactive.  You must log in at least once every 30 days and click and view member's ads to stay active. We have a very nice tool in our admin desk to filter out all members that did not log in the past 30 days. 

It is important to note that if your account will be deleted by the system, you will lose all your referrals, your credits and your ads.  Even existing ads like banners, text links, and surf ads will no longer be shown to our members.  


If you were A Upgraded Member, Please Sign Up again using a Gmail account. simply submit a support ticket with your payment receipt info and I will upgrade your New Account.
